Cancellation & Refund Policy

Unless specifically stated for an individual event:

• Registration fees are generally non-refundable.
• Convenience charges or payment gateway fees may be non-refundable.
• If an event is cancelled by ARM, participants may be offered a refund or the option to transfer registration to a future event.
  Refund Processing
  
• Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment.
• Processing times depend on the payment gateway and banking institutions.
  Duplicate Payments
• If a duplicate payment is made due to technical issues, users should notify ARM immediately.
• After verification, eligible duplicate payments will be refunded within 7–15 working days.
• Refunds, if approved, shall be processed solely at the discretion of ARM.
